Next, she will create a customized plan just for YOU and your lifestyle as you are guided week by week to better health, resulting in feeling your personal best through specific lifestyle recommendations, love and care on your wellness journey. An in-depth intake consultation, a findings session, and follow up wellness sessions with a deep dive into Ayurvedic lifestyle practices are all included. Seasonal check in sessions are also available.

What Is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the known as the Science of Life, and as the sister science to Yoga. It is a holistic system of wellness, and integrates the delicate system of our mind, body and spirit.

Practicing the concept of Ayurveda prevents imbalances in the body that can lead to disease. Ayurveda is founded on the idea that each of us has a distinct Dosha, a category based on the elements of air/ether, fire, and earth. This Dosha creates our body type, personality, and essence.
