Mind, Body, Spirit Reset Program for Fall (Online)

Join Jaime Pellegrene  (Blue Butterfly Holistic Wellness Coaching) and Michelle Kosoy (The Walnut Kitchen) to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Discover powerful techniques to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall well-being as we guide you through transformative practices and provide valuable tools you can incorporate for a lifetime. Based on the principles of Ayurveda, the Science of Life, we will:

  • Set intentions for fall and create a plan for a growth mindset this season

  •  Learn foundational principals of living a holistic lifestyle

  • Create new morning and evening routines specific for the season

  • Discuss holistic ways to care for our immune systems 

  • Protect our energy this time of year

  • Ayurvedic skin care practices

  • Nourish our bodies with holistic nutrition

Daily videos with breathing exercises, a daily yoga flow practices specific for fall, and daily journal questions will be sent each day. Throughout the program we will take a deep dive into our fall nutrition, covering digestion, fall recipes, sugar and our immune system, sleep, and so much more!
